It is also marked with “Decor Strasbourg Fait Main” or’Old Strasbourg, hand made’ which is writen over the glaze. It features a scalloped and combed rim and a central bouquet of an opening tulip with wild flowers.

He started working at this factory in 1917, he painted this plate in 1920.
