Moustiers Antique Grotesque French Faience. France and a gold x are on the back. Yellow gold hand painted design. A lot of the color matches goldenrod crayon from crayola box of 64. A Griffin (not sure what it is exactly) in the middle next to a flower. Holes drilled in the back so it could be hung. Small chip with a small possible crack. Does not go all the way through. Factory defects such as paint smear and small dips in the plate. Yellow paint on back. Looks like whoever’s painted this piece touched it. Measurements are approximate 10 1/4.
