French Blue and White Culinary Hand Painted Faience Rouen Manganese Glazed 19th C. French culinary dish with blue and white hand painted bouquet and manganese glazed on the bottom made by AL in Rouen during the first half of the 19th century. It’s stamped on the back AL Rouen. Good condition, a tiny hairline but the dish sounds good as presented on the following pictures. For our French-speaking friends: Plat en faïence culinaire de Rouen, dit cul-noir, première moitié XIXème siècle. All french-antic items come from France to you. See our other auctions on.
