I was told this means: made in. This piece has two small holes in the rim for hanging. This is an excellent example of French Faience to add to your collection. Measures 8 1/2″ across stands ” high. Weights 14.6 oz. Plate is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or chips. There are three small glaze imperfections that on the front, 2 small glaze spots missed and a small bump/pimple, all from the manufacturing process. Nicely hand painted decorations.
