This is an early tin glazed bowl or dish. It is 8 ¾ inches in diameter and 1 3/8 inches high. The dish has a blue and red border and the blue is stenciled. It is decorated in the center with flowers, maybe tulips. The bowl has some writing around the flowers. We believe this is French but it may be Dutch. It is tin glazed. We believe it is 18.
