Up for sale is an early 19th century antique French Bronze Mounted SEVRES Porcelain Jewelry Box. The box is hand painted with floral motif on the domed lid, and all four sides. Signature Sevres cobalt blue color on white base, with gold / gilt elaborate highlights. The lid and body are mounted with a bronze rim with a hinge on long end. It is in good antique condition, priced low due to the repair you can see on the interior below the hinge, because of which it does not close fully but can be fixed (please see last two photos). This box measures large 7.25″ wide, 4.5″ deep, and 2.75 tall. Priced way below market value due to the repair, but still a fine jewelry box!
