French Antique Majolica Faience Oyster Plate HENRIOT QUIMPER Hand Painted PAIR. A beautiful pair of French faience oyster plates, made by Henriot Quimper. They are signed on the back, with Trouville, Henriot Quimper. The plates have a lovely design with great colors and a subtle spongeware edge around the oyster wells. The oyster plates have 6 oyster wells and a center well for a lemon/condiment. Diameter plates: about 8 3/4 inch / 22 cm. Some very minimal crazing to the glaze, a tiny fleabite scuff to the glaze on the edge of 1 plate. See the photos for details. Stands in the first photo are not included.
