Offered is this very nice antique French faience hunting plate. Made by the Luneville majolica factory. The rim is blue and white with three hunting horns. Inside each horn has a duck, a rabbit and a deer. The center is black and white. The title is “The good Hunters”. One man is showing the other man a rabbit he caught. The caption on the bottom reads Let’s see, will you sell your rabbit for 7 francs? This antique plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It measures 7.5 inches wide. A wonderful addition to your collection.
