Rare French Faience Art Pottery Figurines. Made by Henri Delcourt, Desvres, France between 1913 – 1935. Peasant Man & Woman. Both are fully signed on bottom. No major damage – very good condition for the age w/ the following notations. The man’s basket has a small areas of surface loss on the top edge. The woman’s basket has seam lines inside on both sides. I see a very thin dark line across the front of the woman’s left ankle – it’s under glaze & I feel no separation or crack.
