Hand-painted as even those things repeat themselves , they all are different, very interestingly so…… The Girl in the center and the one angel and some of the leaves have white color on them but these are not because they are worn.. The glaze is all original.. So it was initially made as such… The two circles surrounding the Girl are raised up which gives the entire look very impressive… I have never seen another as this charger nor plate… There is very minor roughness on edge of rim 1/8 of an inch..
