It has a white ground with a slightly scalloped edge, it is further decorated with a wide green border. At the center is a landscape scene with a hot air balloon at the center with two flags, below is the green ground and above is the yellow sun. It has nice attention to detail throughout, and there is a partial raised pottery mark on the back, but is hard to make out. The condition is good; there is a craquelure pattern in the white glaze.
