Offered is this beautiful antique French Faience hand painted lidded Urn from the early 1800’s. It matches the plates I have available! One side features a Chinese monk looking over his shoulder holding a dove in the middle of a field with flowers and vegetation all around. The other side features a Chinese monk looking over his shoulder holding a long pipe with vegetation all around. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. The inside lid has a small spot of glaze missing which is not seen, normal with antique faience and majolica. It measures about 8 long, 7 inches wide and stands 10.75 inches tall.
