Vintage c1800 Veuve Perrin French Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Faience Inkwell. A stunning vintage Veuve Perrin hand painted inkwell in excellent condition with minimal age related wear that does not detract from its overall presentation or use. It depicts a seated lady to its lid with patterns to sides. It is stamped with Veuve Perrin’VP’ makers mark to base. The inside is lovely with a silver plated interior and inkwell. There is some light wear to plating in places exposing brass base metal, the ceramic surfaces are in excellent condition with some tiny hairline cracks in places that are very hard to see.
