Longwy French D450 Pattern Blue Floral Enamel Faience Punch Bowl C. Beautiful Longwy French faience enameled punch bowl in a Japanese aesthetic pattern of chintz type flowers with Asian style aesthetic floral vignettes on the outside of the bowl. The inside of the bowl has a large overall Asian pattern of a rock, with a flowering tree and perched bird surrounded by insects. Marked on the based D450 which is a known Longwy pattern number. Otherwise unmarked, but probably 1870 to 1910. This is the only Longwy punch bowl I’ve ever seen. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches wide x 4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
