Decorated with hand painted flowers in pink, purple, blue, yellow, and orange. Has a blue fishscale border along the edge. Marked on the reverse with an R. Made by Joseph Gaspard Robert in Marseilles, France. Has some spots of glaze flaking along the edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
