This is a probably a French late 18th/early 19th Century faience or delft planter made from 4 tiles. It looks to be either a tin or lead-glazed earthenware, that has then been filled in and refired to work as a holder? It is unusual almost strange for its wonderful contemporary coloring hence the unsureness of what it actually is, however it is a wonderful vase, box, container, planter- use for what you wish- put it on your kitchen counter or your dining table with flowers… Great provenance, from a fine estate with many antiques mixed with modern designs.
