Antique Imperial Decor Main French Faience Inkwell Desk Set. Fabulous Antique Faience Inkwell. Stamped, Hand Written, Imperial Decor Main France. The inkwell stands on four feet and is Rococo in form and nature. It features hand painted flowers, with a ribbon painted throughout the piece. It has a beautiful little lid, that reminds me of a red and white mint candy. Measures approximately 2″ tall without the lid & 3-1/4″ with the lid x 9″ long x 6″ wide. There are use marks on the bottom of the feet. There is another small, light color mark, of sorts, on the bottom. These are shown in the photos. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
