Offered is this rare antique French faience flower bouquet vase that can sit on your desk or window sill or you can hang it on your wall as a wall pocket. Completely hand painted in pinkish-red and green on a white background is a castle ruin in the distance. On each side are green and pink flowers and leaves. The top holds one large bouquet of flowers, 3 spots hold a smaller amount of flowers and there are 10 individual flower holes. Marked on the bottom as seen. It measures 8 inches long, 4.5 inches wide and stands 5.5 inches tall. It is quite a hefty piece as it weighs 3 pounds just itself. I know this is a flower wall pocket vase but, I think this would be a great desk piece to hold your pens, pencils, scissors, rulers and other things. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There was a small spot I was not sure about on the bottom, see photo 8, it does not detract from the beauty of the piece but I wanted to mention it.
