It features what is known as “Grotesque” or mythological decor which was one of the many decors that was done in Moustiers, France. It features an elf carrying a light and holding up what looks like a boot. I have taken many close-up photos for you to see the whole plate. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It measures 9.75 inches in diameter. It has two factory holes on the back so you can hang it on your wall.
