Antique French Faience Blue Enameled Planter Jardiniere Centerpiece Bronze Mount. This is a beautiful and very large faience centerpiece planter. It has a bronze mount on the top and bottom and stands on 4 little lion’s feet. It has a deep blue color and has been hand painted and hand enameled on the front and on the back, which makes this a lovely centerpiece. It is unmarked, but it reminds me of Luneville pottery. Height: about 7 1/4 inch / 18.5 cm. Width: about 13 1/2 inch / 34 cm. There are no chips, cracks or restores, some minor surface scratches mainly to the inside and minor losses to the enamel paint, the bronze mount has patina and some darker spots, see the photos.
