Antique French Desvres Faience Pottery Wall Pocket. Decorated with floral forms on the side and realistic flowers, leaves, and butterflies in the center. Off-white, blues, greens, browns, yellows, etc. Made of a soft paste pottery. Signed on back with initials that are unknown to us. It is however clearly a French piece from the middle to late 19th century. Excellent Condition for its age. Piece is fully intact and there appear to be no age or firing lines on the interior. There is very minor rubbing to the edge on the upper left of the piece but otherwise it is in good condition. DO NOT DUPLICATE OR COPY!
